Some in Washington think that Obama will reverse his decision if he is reelected. He is trying to keep the treehuggers happy until after November. But it may cost him a bunch of union votes.

Foreign, to a point. I've not seen the cannucks loading bombs in skyscrapers in NYC or flying jets into buildings yet, but I don't watch the news everyday so I might have missed something. Canada is a neighbor and although a foreign country they share many of the same values we have and embrace. Turn our backs on our neighbors and have them feed the red beast. Makes sense to me.
