Centenarian Vote in NC

According to the state board of elections nearly 9,800 108 year-olds cast ballots in the 2008 election and down to about 9,200 in 2010. Full data is not in for 2012 but more than 1000 112 year-olds participated in early voting. Considering that in 2010 there were about 53,000 centenarians in the whole of the US NC must have more than its share, or . . . ?

My grandfather voted Republican all of his adult life until the day he died.
Now he votes Democrat.

Haha... I get it.... It means fraudulent votes in the name of the deceased.
