This Government and It's Indexes
On the same piece of paper my government told me that there would be no COLA as the indexed cost of living had not changed, then went on to advise that my health insurance was going up $55 per month. My guess is that is not due to the cost of living but due to financing those that enroll in the government's healthcare plan with assistance.
