What facts are you referring to exactly? What Pastor Carl Gallups presented were several bills asking for constitutional amendments. What do *any* of those bills have to do with the fact that President Barack Obama is a natural born citizen of the United States of America?
There are three types of American citizens. Those who became citizens at the moment the country was created - none of these people are alive today, so this class is irrelevant to this discussion. Those who became citizens through a process of naturalization - these are legal immigrants. And those who are born to an American citizen. There is no group comprised of those born to American and Foreign parents; anyone born of an American citizen is an American citizen at the moment of and by virtue of their birth.
If you had a child with a foreign national, would your child be a citizen of the US at the moment of his birth? Would you stand idly by while others claimed he was an illegal alien, and not a "real" American? Of course your child would be a citizen, if you yourself are one at the time of his birth.
