NewTax Code Needed

Taxes are necessary to fund the government, however we have a government that goes far beyond just serving the people, in fact we have a government that thinks it proper to control the people.

The government with its taxation policies has created an entire industry that takes billions from the public. Why, to explain the tax code that grows in complexity each year. A code that by latest estimates exceeds 73,600 pages. A code that even those chosen to enforce it do not understand it sufficiently to get it right.

The money spent to enforce the code is not productive and costs the public billions that could be better spent on the necessities of life and the pursuit of happiness. We need a tax code that is understood by normal people. A code with equal rules and not written by lobbyists or self serving politicians. Some say the only thing standing in the way of such a code is the laziness of the Senate.
