No Bacon With Those Eggs in Federal Prisons

Obama has banned pork fron federal prisons. The bureau of prisons says pork is the least ordered meat and is too expensive. Muslims praise the action.

Earth worms would be a good alternative. Cheap and almost 100% protein. (except for the worm ****)

In "King Rat" they harvested cock roaches from the wall of latrine bore holes as a source of protein for the hospital.

One source has earthworms @ $31.00 a pound.
Beef costs more then pork.

This is about accommodating the muslims and nothing else.

It could have something to do with "pink slime" which is making a comeback as a beef additive. For some (???) reason the USDA had approved it as an additive without being labeled. With the controversy generated ABC investigative reporting all plants were closed down due to the public outcry. Now at least one plant has reopened. Maybe Obama's USDA feels it owes the finely textured beef product cartel something and are using it in federal prisons. Meanwile I am going to read the fine print on the beef products I purchase.
