Who's surprised? It's written by Democrats, the party that should have a Wild Boar as its symbol. And, of course, they will scream that House Republicans are shutting the door on “comprehensive action to deal with the so-called crisis.”
And, IMHO, I'll be a billion or so more will show up on Pork for things like parks named after a sponsoring Senator or something to save endangered mosquitoes.
