Such was the death of journalism. There's a book about the 2008 presidential campaign i believe the title us actually something along the lines of the death of journalism.

I am just not real enthused about Obama or Palin. I can't seem to find any canidate or potential worth getting excited about. I thought Obama would be good, but apparently I was WRONG. About the only two decent things (IMO) he did was OK the Nav Seals on the Somalia Pirate thing and Bin Laden. Palin is irritating, and I see no one else out there rep or dem. Maybe I should just stand down and obstain my vote but then how could I complain. Obama needs to be voted out before he runs this ship aground and Palin would be OK on auto-pilot but once things got rough, she'ld buckle and fold. So why shouldn't this be a "beauty contest", that's about all they got going on, or at least her.
