Unions at it again.....

Boeing Must Add 787 Line After Union Retaliation, U.S. Says - Bloomberg

I guess Boeing's sole purpose should be to serve the Unions?

Maybe Boeing shouldn't sign contracts it does not intend to honor. Or hire lawyers to read contracts before signing on to them with the union.

I could be mistaken, but I think it is the interpretation of retaliate that is the problem here (one of them). Also, I think it was the Fed's rules not the union contract. (I have not read the contract, so I do not know for sure, but from the article it sounds like the Gov't.)

I guess I think the company should have the right to open up elsewhere.

As a side note, I guess this stuff will encourage companies to move into Washington state, right? Oh, wait....

I guess they have the right to pack up and move to China for next to nothing labor pay and 20 hr days too. That's "right"? If that's what companies want, they'll get it, dispite unions. And when the Chinese workers get fed up and start forming unions, they'll just have the government run the suckers over with a tank. Right? right. Glad I'm retired.

None the less, sir, I do stand corrected.

Yeah! Or hit them over the head with axe handles like they did to workers in the 1930s! I'm just grateful that my employer is the Federal government, and that the TARP money allows me to make nearly $39 an hour with benifits. I put in 8 hours of overtime this Friday too! Looks like I'll be eating this payday! Thank you Bush and Obama!

We'd be happy to have more jobs down here, don't have to worry about the unions.

Unions are so anti American! Forget that! Send Boeing to China! The Chinese need jobs worse than us, and they'll work for nearly free, and you can be assured in communist China, that you'llk never see a union pop up!
