Bloomberg says 'the owners haven't contacted us to request assistance' and the owners say--'we are going along with the City'.
This could be managed---ridiculous to have a tent city, etc disrupting life for many.
The ATL operates differently. 2/3 weeks and something was done. Possibly the financial aspects were a major concern? Anyway the crowd dispersed.
