Big Papio Creek trail is awesome, and in council bluffs is the Walbash Trace trail - it has a daily or annual charge, but is worth it. Crushed limestone path that is wide. It was an old railway path at one point. Very long trail as well. Plenty of views and goes thru wooded and fields. VERY quiet trail.

If you're into mountain biking, there is a really nice trail behind the Bellevue fire department on Cornhusker Rd. I forget the name.

I have always enjoyed the Tuesday night nacho ride on the Mopac. Of course, this isn't any sort of serious ride.

I really like Branched Oak lake north of Lincoln and Tranquility park in omaha. Otherwise for a casual ride Wilderness park in Lincoln is good.

I love the taco ride. Should have ate more tacos and drank less beer but it was still great.
