Just as you are leaving Nebraska and entering Iowa you go under this otherwise nice looking bridge(S.16th street?) that has some new artwork added to it. Looks like scrap if you ask me.

$3.5 million worth of "art" right there. The Iowa West Foundation funded it.

It is, shall we say, "interesting."

It looks like they had a crash there and just stacked up the wrecked vehicles.
Or Freddy Kruger is now an artist.

The artist is trying to see how many car accidents he can rack up before the city strips it down fro scrap
