"heart icon" mean in this case
"heart icon" = love or = donor ?

or someone use software to add "heart icon" to original image ???

Doing a quick Google search, the heart symbol indicates the person has requested to be an organ donor. It is a pretty slick design and because of it, I would imagine they just might receive more donors and save many more lives.
