What is the best las vegas hotel? Which one would you recommend staying in.

If you like the strip, PH is OK I suppose. But if you think about grabbing a sandwich, the RUDEST place is "Earl of Sandwich" The food is OK, the people are not, They all must of had a bad day. We had no other problems but there, yesterday 04/21/2011 but the sandwich people were snotty, sarcastic and just plain rude. If you got the BIG BUCKS, the place to stay is MGM. I, being a budget minded, don't give a dang kind of guy, prefer some of the cheaper outer hotel/casinos like Station Casinos. Easier to get to from any direction, have enough one armed bandits to steal any guy with a "system" blum P poor broke.

I just got back and was very happy with the Mirage. The volcano is a little overated but the service, food, and dealers were all great. They have a
tram over to Treasure Island which is a step down in quality but has a pretty good pirate show and a more interesting nighttime crowd to chuckle at.
