Power lines are on private land leased to the power company. Unless access is specifically granted, it's trespassing and illegal.

Private property rules
What are the rules, in fact, about trails on private property. If they aren't posted No Trespassing is it still illegal?

I'll be heading up to NH in a few months to visit some family that just moved. Where do you recommend some wheeling spots?
