Very few places offer so much so close. You can go from the ocean, to the lakes region to the White Mountains in under 2 hours.

Portsmouth, New Hampshire is the jewel of the New Hampshire and southern Maine seacoast. Lots of scenic beauty and things to do.

We could also offer you free lodging in this great new listing but you'll have to hurry; it won't last long (literally).
Please give me one good reason to visit New Hampshire-igloo.jpg

I would have to recommend the White Mountains. Everybody needs to visit at least once.

That flea market is fun, but plan on spending quite a while walking around. It runs from early spring (not sure when) to the end of Oct., but is a shadow of its normal self on both ends of the season. There is a charge to get in, but it is only a buck or two, unless you're under 12 or over 60, then it's free
It's located on RT 102 in Londonderry.

If you are a race fan, beside the big track in Loudon there are many small tracks, such as Lee, Star and Hudson. The last two are probably the most informal, but well-regulated, tracks I've ever seen.
Drag race fans have New England Dragway in Epping to enjoy.

Just came back from the cottage on conway lake today. this was work weekend for us. Weather was great, 80s all day,50s at night. We got a lot done in preparation for sleddin' in February. If you have not visited the state,
you are missing a time of your life...... Jim..

We are just up the street, so to speak, and yup it was a great and spectacular weekend. Couldn't ask for nicer weather and I have to say that NH is a jewel!
