I didn't really know there were many/any NJ breweries left. I used to see some huge ones on the way to Newark airport.
Now I see that Flying Fish is from NJ! OMG. That's the beer I've been telling my friends about. I LOVE their Hopfish 60 Minute IPA - it is incredible [but you MUST let it breathe for a few minutes]. I've never had a beer that I would describe as having wine-like complexity, but this does. That's not something I normally look for in beer or even thought I cared about, but I certainly love it in Hopfish.

Trap Rock is good but IIRC you will have to bring a growler as they do not bottle. They are a full service restaurant and brewery.
Cricket Hill has some great selections and they do weekly or monthly open house nights.

If you ever get a chance to visit a Iron Hill Brew Pub it's worth the trip.
The only one in NJ is in Maple Shade. They are a small chain in the Philly area
