Whats everyones opinion on Dave Hoffmann from Climax in Rosel Park? Im not a fan of his beers, but somehow many people think he's a brewing genius. I met him once and he was a very intense guy(not a fan of Black Ipa's)

Theres a Triumph brewpub up in Princeton thats pretty good ... worth stopping in for a beer if you are in the area, plus the town itself is great!

Hey Bud! I like how it says Philadelphia, NJ on your profile... nice going.

I agree, Triumph is a nice place (I've only been to the Philly one, but suspect Princeton is just as good).

This thread seems to be lacking any mention of Riverhorse, so I'll go and give them props. Was just there last week and recommend a visit. Lambertville is a quaint little town and New Hope, PA is just a walk across a bridge.

They have a new one out, Belgian Freeze, delicious. Tried it on tap from the source, then bought a sixer a week later.

Nice to see a list, thanks.

I see one opening not far from me in Vineland - Turtle Stone Brewing....

Turtle Stone Brewing Company | Facebook

But it sounds as though they missed their Spring opening date. Hope they are still at it.

I was gonna say...I think there are upwards of 20 with more on the way.

NJ Beer Co is probably my favorite NJ Brewery...great guys and hanging out at the brewery during tasting hours is always a good time. Lots of NJ pride in every one of their brews.

I prefer the beer I brew myself, but of the NJ breweries, I like Flying Fish.

I hear that.

Kicked two delicious cornies of our Pumpkin Rye at a Halloween party we threw. Would have liked to have some left for Thanksgiving, but ohwell.

Just brewed Norther Brewers Innkeeper kit.
