sounds great, be sure to hold some sort of event for us to be able to sample your brews when you're up and running! I've always been a fan of craft brews and I've always favored the little guy over the mass producers as the beer has a story to it.

Thanks all. We're at the point of trying to find 500 to 1500 sq ft of space in the Somerset area. Once we find that, we'll begin filing papers and hopefully it will be onward and upward from there.
