moved to NJ about a year ago, and i have a discover card and i get the rebate money and was going to cash it out and get the rebate in Discover gift cards like i have done for years but NJ dose not allow you to get them ?
WTH ...... i can get gift cards to a store or money put in my account or put it toward the bill but no gift cards, just don't understand why NJ has so many dumb rules
