So cool, we got East/West all mapped out. But the original question is where is South Jersey. Maybe there is no Central NJ, and anything north of 195 is north jersey and south is south jersey?

I know guys in Bordentown who think they are North and guys in Jackson who think they are South, does it matter? At least we aren't New York.
As a south jersey girl born, raised and still in south jersey. I know that my friends and I always say that "north" jersey starts in bordentown. I have an ex that will fight us tooth and nail saying that since Trenton gets both ABC 6 Philly and ABC 7 NY that he is in central jersey. Lol
To us down in S. Jersey there is no central jersey just north and south. :-)
i used to live in a small town there called Spotswood.. i have always considered 195 as south Jersey.. everything north of turnpike is north Jersey.. anything in between is central Jersey.. grew up & lived there for over 45 years..
