JFK by train?

I tried the transit websites, but it just makes me more confused. I am flying out of JFK in a couple weeks, and I was hoping I could take the train (I parked in the past, but that can get pretty pricey). I will be arriving in Grand Central, is there a dedicated train that runs to JFK from GC?
Other travel advice is welcome, as well! Thanks

Take the A Train to Far Rockaway there are three trains with different destinations one for 207st Inwood, Manhattan(uptown). Another to Lefferts Boulevard(Downtown) so dont get mixed up, make sure it's the one to Far Rockaway(Downtown). You may need to Transfer at Rockaway Boulevard, your last chance to get on the right train to Far Rockawy.
