Best chili in Westchester, NY is Hubbas,

Best chili in westchester is Hubbas, located on main street, in portchester. Might not be the cleanest spot, but it is the tastiest chili i have ever had. My reccomendation is the chili cheeseburger wedge with a side of chili cheese fries. Mmmm
