Mineral Rights
Hi folks,
I am looking to purchase land in upstate NY, Delaware County. Primary use would be for hunting, qua ding, camping...... I see a lot of land for sale where the owner will keep the mineral rights. What are some of the issues with this? Does anyone have experience with this type of transaction?
