That is a 7 series li sedan.
Had the tailgate made- you can simply buy kits now that take your factory tailgate and make them fold down but this one is an old CJ gate that has been heavily modified/reinforced.
My first ride, the before and after. No drinking or speed were not involved. Nor a cell phone or anything else you old farts would love to lecture about.
