Winter preparation
what are you doing to prepare for the cold?
i've buttoned up all my stuff outside, put away my lawn furniture, hung my winter thermal curtains and checked up on my vehicles

Thermal curtains? Sounds interesting, what are they?

We've got Thermal Curtains up in two rooms. They work great for both keeping cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
Other than that, we bought a snowblower in September, right off the first truckload in. Thank heavens we did, you should have seen the line at Lowes today for them.

The best thing to do in the winter is hunker down and enjoy the great outdoors.

Every year I prepare for winter by telling myself I should shop for a snowblower.
Then I spend the winter wishing I'd listened to myself.
Shoveling is no fun at all.
