I have this w-2 worker knock out of a girl, she has been missing a few days of work here and there it?s a pattern I know all too well. I can usually tell you how many days you?ll be working here from the time I hire you. Anyway She made a few post on face book about how she wanted to walk out right now and she was going to find her another job.
(Mind you she is apparently getting paid $10 an hour to post on facebook)

So I went checked her register and told her to be careful what you wish for, you just may get it.

It’s just a cashier job, they truly spend about 90% of their day surfing the net.
It gets harder and harder to find people that work, it’s easier for them to collect a check from the Government. I bet'cha she applies for unemployment, it'll be like all the others NO!
I deny everyone who has ever applied against me for that, Like I said if you can't sit behind a desk sufing for $10 Ima not going to pay for you to sit at home and do it.
Correct on this being a growing standard, we keep track of everyone who works for us, well not so much me any more as I have taught management how to do it and now they comb the net.
As a matter of fact that’s how this girl got it.

Thats the reason I am a privacy nazi on my facebook. So my employers can't see it. lol

I've read about some employers forcing applicants to allow them to view it in it's full else they won't consider hiring them.
