Oh, now that makes sense! We also use to collect ceramic pigs, because of my profession, and are still all over the house. My prized possession is a 24" brass pig weathervane, which is mounted on the peak of my house.

That is one thing I do not have yet, a weathervane. Maybe I'll put that on my wish list for my birthday next August or even our anniversary also in August.

My favorite pig is a tiny little pink pig. I had to have a crown put on one of my molars and the guy that ran the lab painted it on the crown before he glazed it. My husband at the time asked me why I had it done. I told him...."So you can identify the body!" And you can't see it when I smile or anything like that.

Here's a couple Pigs for you to peruse......the flying pig is from a friends house and the "BBQ" pig is from my daughter's profession....currently catering.

I collected a few "Belt Buckles" during my days of living in my motorhome and traveling.....we did a lot of "Western Dancing" at the various campgrounds and liked dressing "Western" for the events...easier to dance in "Boots" than "tennis shoes"....and of course, looked better, too....

Very big on typewriters right now, if you have one let me know. I have one owned by Frank Hamer given to me by his Son before he passed.
I have an old Remington Rand typewriter (I think that's what it is... ) or something... Big, black, and heavy. It has a sticker on it that says "Fort Gordon Signal Corps.".... I purchased it near Augusta, Ga (which is where Ft. Gordon is.) I assume it is from the '40s maybe .
Works pretty well.

I sort of collect old "stuff". I don't have alot of room for "stuff" so I pick and choose pretty closely on the rare occasion I actually do buy something.
