It seems if I'm not soliciting for phone calls and they by default force me to spend then that is theft by deception.

Looks like I'm contacting a representative.

I wish you luck but those same representatives sold us out for corporate cash in even allowing this.

never owned a cell & never want to but it was nice registering my home phone just because it felt like I was less powerless in the face of these !%#&*#@ incessant interruptions.

My phone line is rarely hooked to the phone since I'm on dialup but when it was I received upwards of a dozen calls a day. Face it, if even our banks are so easily hacked info like contact numbers is impossible to control.

Once again a good email client with filters beats the crap out of a phone.
