Thunder clouds over the Organ Mountains in Las Cruces, New Mexico

it's what my city is famous for, we have a law that doesn't allow building tall buildings within the city just because it'll block the view of our famous mountains.

I took this picture back in December, it's a Panorama shot

Veterans’ Glass City Skyway
The 400-foot tall concrete pylon is the central structural element of the bridge. The pylon will be the second-tallest structure in Toledo and will not only be unique to Ohio, but also to the world. The top 185 feet of the pylon will contain glass curtain walls that will be internally illuminated by 350 Light Emitting Diodes (LEDs). These LEDs can make the pylon any color or combination of colors and will be visible for miles.

Hello all,

Here is a picture of Taft, CA.

Taft California just celebrated it 100th year with a huge party, Oildorado. If you missed this party, don't worry, Oildorado is held every 5 years and you can still visit Taft anytime.

Taft is a small town in West Kern County, the gateway to the Carrizo Plain.

Taft, an oil industry town, is home to Lakeview Gusher Number 1 which flowed uncapped for 18 months and produced over 8 million barrels of oil. Learn all about Taft's oil history at the West Kern Oil Museum.

Taft also has skydiving and endless off road trails on public lands.

Just down the road is Buena Vista lake and the California Aquaduct where big catfish and striped bass are cought every day.

Come experience historic Taft's old time charm, peace and tranquility.

All Photos were taken by Arthur Tamayo of Taft PC Services, member of the Taft Camera Club.
