Great photos Blucher. I've actually been out to Grouse creek several times in Boundary county, near me! Those all were great. I love those old black and whites! Hope you keep em coming and throw some of those Idaho photos in a thread I have going for Idaho will you!

Be glad to but what few I have of Idaho aren't filed under Idaho so I have to dig a bit.

nice photos but a bit sad too. I lived just South of the PA coal country and often drove through that area. My KY friend assures me Hazard Co. KY is much the same.
The land is destroyed and the newspapers advertise breathing apparatus. I often wonder if people even guess at the human price of energy.

Such great photos guys. It really is amazing to see these shots and to think that these people were living and conducting their lives and had custody of the planet, and in the blink of a camera shutter...... are now all gone, and now we're up! We have custody of the earth! This is our moment..............
