Remodeled the house back in 2007, however, didn't refinish the ratty hardwood floors. They are 68 YO floors that had carpet over them which I removed in 2007. Finally had then sanded, stained and re finished. Also changed out the cheap, crappy, baseboards I put in back then and some repaint of the wall colors.
