I have a friend who works in a cstore right down the street from where this happened.

I had one of those moments where my heart stopped and I thought "Did he kill someone?". Turns out it wasn't my friend, thankfully.

Man that's too bad. I might have to follow that trial.

On one hand, yeah he probably used too much force.

On the other, the guy was stealing, so I don't really have any sympathy for him.
