Tech Free Days?

As of a few months ago, the Wife and I decided that Sundays no longer have technology, a chance to reconnect, not be consumed by all the worldy things stealing our attention.

We play board games, go for walks, and talk.

Till 6:30 if American Dad is on.

Anyone else go without their electronic friends?

My country cabin has no electricity or running water, so yah.
It's very refreshing.
Now if I could only get up there more often....

I try to go at least one day a week without any tv or computer. It is easier in the summertime when I can go to the mountains more often. I will leave in the morning and go find a spot for a hike and take a book and lunch and have a nap in the trees. Winter in a little harder to do but I try to go out there a couple of times a month.
I helps to clear your head from all the stuff a person has to deal with in the city.
