Cheers, Borislav.. The weather is not so bad for us, it is what we are accustomed to. The biggest problem, is that there is no place to move the snow to....

Borislav, the food looks excellent!!!

What are your plans for Christmas?

Joel ... The meal is a chicken liver – a kilo – I put in a backing dish (+ salt, sunflower oil and a cup of red wine) in the oven. Meanwhile I fry mushrooms adding onion, leek, red peppers, and tomatoes (proportions are almost free). When I turn liver peaces, I put on it all that and bake it ... after 40 – 50 min it is ready. It can be add a little cayenne, pepper – this one – black small bolls … It is really very tasty, but needs much beer or red wine , so I usually avoid preparing it.

What about Christmas - I have not any planss, this year my son will decide what to do all we together and where … This year is his turn to decide … I have 2 weeks vacancy after next week …

Alex … the story about the gentleman and his lady is great ….

I love liver, I'll try your recipe next time I'm home alone. Unfortunately for me my girls don't like liver.

Austin … preparing this meal, you always will be successful … no possible to be wrong. Not easy to guess what is in the dish when it is ready and it smelts very nice. I believe, the girls will not guess what is it and they will try it (the proportion - liver : all other things is 1 : 1,5(to 2))… do not tell them what you are preparing …
(You have to bake the red peppers and remove the skin - before frying; tomatoes must be without the skin too)

What is the age of girls ...
