Thanks Alex, I am not that far advanced yet and I do fabricate some small stuff for our machines and stuff, most of it is done by our tool and die department.
I am more of the repair and inspection/maintenance guy. This is going to be an interesting time from now until summer.

This is going to be my second journeyman trade as I am already a qualified pipe fitter ( I suppose you could say master pipe fitter) as I had done that for 23 years. I figured what the heck your never to old to learn something new.

Apart from my 3 bikes, very little van is necessary for all my other baggage ? to the end of the week I intend to be there and there will be photos with the view ? There is still not Internet there ?

It always is interesting Patrick !!!! Such a job is even pleasant if you have good tools and nice drawings and schemes of repaired units ? We all are learning new things ?

Where have you found out this photo Patrick …

There is a mountain crossing BG from west to east which parts the country in 2 – North BG and South BG – it is the Balkan – mountain, naming all the region. There is a pick in it – Buzludja – it is connected with our history – there was a final battle there between little but experienced revolutionary group and Turk army 1868. All the guys were killed.

1891 a group of washed minds established BG Communistic Party on the same pick – so this place has an emotional meaning for communists. They built this building on the top in the middle of ’70 intending to do there their congresses, but after changes, they leaved it.

Because of its shape, we called it “Non identified flying object” with toooooooo much love ….
