I do miss coffee and cigarettes. I quit smoking not to long ago and it's been tough. The past couple of weeks have been easier, but I've been using nicotine lozenges.

It is very nice to stop smoking Austin … it is a stupid habit … I have never been a chain smoker – 12 – 15 cigarettes per day. And in the beginning of ’99 I decided to buy a new nice bike for me. In these times my month salary was equal to $ 100 USA and it was possible only if stop smoking …. After 4-5 months money for cigarettes and coffee was saved and spent for a new bike … so, refuse smoking … you will not regret !!!


Down is this my favourite bikes ... I bicycled more than 40 000 kilometers by it ...

Here we do have relatively well developed cigarette smuggling ... Month salary in average in BG now is almost $500 USA, and unemployment among the population is great in the moment ... so a lot of smokers prefer to buy such a cigarettes ...

Today I will end with my diet - I tight 2 holes on my belt ... let we see how long it will be the same ...
