Are you saying there's a little bit of Austin in all Texans?

I'm not sure what you are getting at, so no.

That water looks cold to me. The only comment I could make is from "Seinfeld".......major shrinkage!

We didn't get in the water, although learning to paddle a boat, I took some waves wrong and we both got hit with freezing waves.

Since we're in a pub, I thought I'd post some Brit humor.
This made me laugh

the shrincage

Boys … you guess very correctly – the water is very cool, it is approx 5-6 deg of C. This river is coming from the highest part of Rila Mountain, the place with the 7 lakes, I have shown somewhere a photos.
This day was the first day of my 16-17 day trip and it was very hot for 20th of April: 24 – 25 deg of C, so after bicycling all the day, bathing in the river made me feel in my best.

Mark, I am not absolutely sure about meaning of “major shrinkage”, but I suppose all we here are thinking in the same manner, so, I only can add to this, that the effect of the cool water was increased considerably because of the effect of the all day sitting on the bike seat and 100 km bicycling … maybe not exactly “major shrinkage” – “the greatest shrinkage” would work better ??? hoh heh hoh …

Soon I made my tent on the last year tree leafs (the photo below) and a little bottle of whiskey and some pin nuts improved situation.

Never mind, it was very nice recreational tour (1500 km, not 5500 as it is mentioned in the album) because I was after not so bad accident in January and 3 week awful grippe in March, which took all my forces.

Here is an album of the tour – many pictures and my broken English. The album works if clicking on the photo bar at the left (not “next”).

My Bike Tour April - May 2008

Alex … you have changed the avatar … no more grippes for it …

Austin … I have heard different things for Texas …
