Have you tried the pickled eggs yet? I'm sure they must be ready by now.
I'm waiting for the review myself, it's fin to see people eat staples of my childhood.

Yes Alex, goulash is quite different; it is not popular in BG. Transylvania, Hungary and west from them they cook it using more of all potatoes and meet.
It you decide to cook guvech, if use pork – you have to fry it a little before baking. Lamb or beef have to be boiled very well before baking. It would be better if the meal is baked in earthenware shaped like a frustum of a cone (the bottom is the small circle) at 200 deg C for an hour and half.

I still do not try the pickled eggs … I will do it after the end of February. Since tomorrow I will begin a special diet for 10 days … I intend to lose at least 6 kilos …

I'd bet those eggs are ready to eat. Just try one now and tell us how it tastes. One pickled egg won't kill you.

Just go a little faster on your next ride

I assumed you were referring to the extra "gas power" Bob would have from eating all the eggs!

Yes Alex, I believe it ... but … since today I have begun my diet… over more the eggs are in WF’s fridge – she may count them . So, after the end of February, both we will try it.

The best way to improve my up hill efficiency would be, if I reduce my winter overweight. I intend to do it to the middle of April. The laziest (and the most inexpensive way) to do it, is to reduce the food as much as possible for a while.

Only a little care is necessary, because I know a story for one our red neck and his donkey: he just has learned it to pull the cart without any food, when the donkey died …

Boys ... where is Joel ... he has desapeared ....

Well ... my weekend is coming. No bicycling these days - the weather is not nice ...

Joel hasn't been back since one of his posts was deleted. Too bad, he seemed like a nice guy.
