I know … in the middle of ’80 in BG Academy of Science was found out a technology for casting of aluminum parts under pressure and machines for the process. Later, in some fair in Brazil, if my memory serves, this technology was bought by Americans. They imported 30 - 40 casting machines from BG as well, and build a plant in CA of first, after in NC, or SC … I do not remember well – it is exactly on the border between them … Rhino ??? … or Chino ... ??? ... I am not sure about the town name ... they employed staff from BG and has begun this production … They called my friend several time there in connection with this production, and in the end they employed him as a designer of the wheels. He has got older designing rims ...
