Mix into backing dish adding seasoning (red and black pepper, savory, salt. It is possible to add tomato mash (a coffee cup, or two). A vine cup (200 ml) of hot water in the dish before backing.

Bake in the oven for 50 min at 200 deg C.

The specialists add on it a layer of mixed eggs, yogurt and flower, but I do not like it and do not know proportions. I believe in a Greece or Turk restaurant it can be found out.
I make something similar, but I throw in some spicy sausage and Canadian bacon

Looks good but it's too late to start cooking now.

And yes Krutj, now that summer is coming, my heater works again
This is good to hear..^^ one has to be prepared for those COLD summer days

I am curious to hear what problems that you are having with those pressure valves that were in the pic with the orange..

I have been overseeing some upgrades at work and it's got me rather stressed..it's too much to get into, but the work is not going as planned...the problem seems to be that the manufacturer of the equipment being installed has idiot techs that can't make it function according to the specs that we laid out..

I've also been digging for some new music....will share soon....this pub needs more tunes!!

After driving all winter without heat, I had pretty well gotten used to freezing my butt off. Now I kind of wish it was still winter

Those valves are from various aircraft high pressure emergency systems that failed to function properly due to flawed design or poor workmanship. Sort of like the problems you're having. Remind me and I'll get some better pictures when I'm back in the office and some more details.

Bring on the music man.
