Is your doctor sure it's a viral type of sinusitis? Antibiotics won't do anything for bacterial or fungal types.

Nope, this is where we are starting, I'm also on methylprednisolone so the inflammation should be clearing up at which point if it's fungal or bacterial in theory I will be more able to take care of it myself.

Yes Mark ? the bad new is that I am working again ? but the nice one is that after 11 days I will have again 2 week vacancy and I will have a great tour in the wilderness together with 3 bicyclists from Germany !!! My mind is only there ? it seems I am just like the children ?

Austin … when I was 14-17 I had great problems with my sinusitis. So usually summer time I had to take antibiotics … and they are really not going well with vodka even in BG (maybe it is possible only in Russia)… Later my problems disappeared suddenly … I got only not strong pains not often. I did for me 2 little cotton bags filled by crystal salt (as in photo below). So I heated them 2-3 deg above the temp of human body and late in the evening put one by one on my forehead for hour and more – usually I did it winter time. Doing it I always felt a great release … last 20 years I have any head aches because of sinuses …

Guys … several words about my bike tour … it was almost 10 days and I did more than 600 kilometers. First days were awful because of my terribly bad sport form, but after the things were going better – now I feel really COOOOOOLLLLL !!!!!
The weather was perfect except the wind – always against me, but it was nice for my training.
The season 15th May – 15th June in Odd is great … all possible flowers are flowering, and everywhere is absolutely green … soon fields will be yellow … down are several photos … I will add other in my profile …
