I don't know how you do it Bob, in the summer I eat less too, and I love almonds, but I have to have more than that.
I think it is because of the age Austin … The metabolism at my age (soon I’ll be 55) is not as it is as the man is 20 – 30 … For the breakfast I need a peace of cake, for lunch – a chicken sup (sometimes I add a salad) is just fine for me, and my dinner is shown on the photo. And at least 3 liters of water or some juice …
