i completely forgot about the coffe cups my wife and i have collected. we started abotu a year or so ago. everytime we go some place interesting, we grab one. we have about 20 so far. kind of running out of room. we should have done shot glasses...

The middle Santa is my best find, he's 38" tall, has velvet suit and cape with rabbit fur edging,porcelain head and hands. The other two are rather common, but I like them anyway...
