Local Honey?

Are there any good places in Edmond (south Logan County) for locally produced honey? I'm a home brewer and the stuff you get online (or even from local brew shops) is pretty pricey. In the past I have been able to get it directly from local apiaries but have not searched locally in some time.

I usually buy 12-15 pounds at a time, so bulk pricing is key.

Where abouts in south Logan county are you? I am in the "area" as well.
I hear local honey is good for allergies... but I am not big user of honey.

I am about as far south as you can get. I am near Simmons and Bryant, just inside Logan County. I think I found a place. There is a guy who occasionally sells fresh fruit and vegetables on Waterloo (right before the I-35 entrance). At times he has honey listed on his sign as well. But I've never had time to stop when I see him out there.

ahh... other side of "town" from me. You might also check the farmer's market in Edmond as well.

Wal-Mart sells some made in Sapulpa, OK but not near the quantity you usually buy. May work in a pinch?
