Anyone Pratchett fans out there?

Whats your fav book/character?

What did you think of the Going postal movie compared to the others?

Anyone going to the 2nd con in Madison next year? - Were you at the one in AZ last year?

I've read a few juv books by Pratchett. The bromelaid trilogy was okay but a little too juvenile even for me. I really enjoyed Amazing Maurice and his Educated Rodents but alas, have not started on the Discworld series. Too many books, not enough time.

I go to several sci-fi cons around this area and run one here in Omaha.

Aye, there's more then a couple in the Discworld series - the Bromelaid trilogy was writen for young kids, Maurice, while I did enjoy is also part of his young adults selection. Try Guards, Guards! or witches abroad if you have any time to spare for a new book....what con do you run in Omaha?

OSFest in the convention. It runs in July and has writers, gamers, anime, and the usual group of sci-fi fans.
