Southern Oregon Brewing Co makes a great porter and Czech style Pilsner
HUB and Oakshire both make great beers.
Double Mountain in Hood River is a must
The Deschutes tap rooms have beers that they don't distribute anywhere else

I like McMenamins myself, trying to stay a weekend at a different one each year.

+1 deschutes without a doubt. their quadruple bourbon beer is phenomenal. but like someone mentioned before its oregon, there's a great brewery in almost every town. have to mention fearless in estacada. good beer good food.

Rogue but I really like Deschutes seasonals. A lot of the breweries in Bend are awesome.

I would have to say my own brewery is my favorite, but I do love Total Domination from Ninkasi
