Deschutes used to be my favorite, but the food quality has gone down with increasing prices. Still love the beer. 10 Barrel is my favorite Bend spot ATM.

But yeah, anyone visiting Bend needs to take the Bend Ale Trail, and don't forget to hit Three Creeks in Sisters for the extra credit.

Another vote for HUB (Hopworks, 31st and Powell in portland)

Not only do they have great organic beer and food, but it is extremely kid friendly with a great kids menu and 2 separate kiddy play areas.

No, I don't work there or have any business interest...I'm just a beer drinking mom with an 18 month old...

Yesss. Currently cellaring an "Adam" but it's pretty tough to keep it away from my bottle opener.

Also a big fan of the Widmer Brothers. I've got one of their Brother's Reserve Prickly Pear Braggots in the cellar as well.

Mmm. I'm getting thirsty now.

Over Thanksgiving I visited Ninkasi in Eugene. If you haven't been there in a while, things have changed a little!!

The chili is outstanding, as are the meat pies....Oh, don't forget the sampler tray!!

Block15 did a sour cherry that was to die for. Sampled that on draft (great selection of locals on draft) at the Bierstein in Eugene, nice bottle shop and eatery.
