With a little one in the house my opportunities to go to pubs is fairly limited, however I was able to make it to the Salem beer festival this year and the best brewery there was definitely HUB outta PDX.

Another shameless plug for Wakonda Brewing in Florence! The Black Elk Stout is the richest meal in a glass I've ever had!!

OOOOoooohh I LOVE Deschutes Brewery from Bend! I just stopped by there a few days ago and they have great food too.

I'm in Southern Oregon. My favorites are Ninkasi (Eugene), Southern Oregon Brewing (Medford) HUB (Portland), Caldera (Ashland), and Walkabout (Central Point).

I have more, but seriously those are what first come to mind.
