Need Rental Info for Grants Pass Please

Hi folks. It looks like we've made our decision and we've chosen Grants Pass for our new home.

We aren't in the financial position to buy a home for a couple more years, so we will need to rent a house.

Does anyone have a rental company/property management company they would recommend?

Unfortunately, CA; all my Grants Pass contacts are in Arizona for a couple of months. Are you looking for something close in or out in the country, 2 bdrm, 3 bdrm, 2 or 3 bath, hot and cold running maids, etc.??

We're looking for a single level 3 bedroom two bath or a large two bedroom two bath with a garage. A shed/workshop would be a bonus. We'd like to be a little bit out of town, but not too far.

We like Colonial Valley and Merlin would be okay. We're not as familiar with the South area, but we really would like to be more on the North end.
